2CV gas refill
The tank of a 2CV have to be refilled every ±350 kilometers (210 miles).
The counter of this site is reseted every ±350 visitors.
First three digits of the counter are static and setted to 020.
When you read 020NNN, you are visitor-Km NNN since last reset-refill.
